My macbook pro 13" USB ports are not working.

Hi, My macbook pro USB ports are not working since yesterday, don't know what to do with it. Can anyone please help me to fix it.

When I plugged in it is not detecting anything, and not even charging.

I just checked it the search and I found this error in USB prober.

Port 1: (*dev)->DeviceRequest err: 0xe00002eb

Can anyone help me ,what is this error and how to fix this?
